Gateway Classic Cars is proud to offer this classic piece of automotive history, the 1942 Dodge W Series WF31 Pre-Power Wagon. A family owned utility truck since 1980. The production run for the WF31 ran for just 2 years, this was the 36th one built. Originally owned by the Army Quarter Master Corp. (originally green). Then by the Milwaukee Fire Dept. (then red). Milwaukee Mitchel Field then owned it as an airport emergency vehicle (then painted yellow). This remarkable fully restored vehicle showcases a now striking red and black exterior that captures the essence of vintage design and rugged charm. Under the hood, you'll find a fully rebuilt 228 cubic inch inline-six engine, paired with a four-speed manual transmission, offering an authentic driving experience that harkens back to a bygone era.

This Dodge WF31 is equipped with bias ply tires, a feature that enhances its classic appeal and maintains the vehicle's period-correct authenticity. The WF31 Pre-Power Wagon stands as a testament to the enduring legacy of Dodge's engineering prowess and historical significance makes it a noteworthy addition for any classic vehicle enthusiast or collector.
